Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist (Permanent)

Location: Brighton, East Sussex Country: UK Rate: £60k - £70k per annum + bonus and benefits
 

Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist

Join a dynamic IT & Change department as an IAM Specialist. You will design, implement, and manage systems and processes related to user identities, authentication, and access controls in our hybrid cloud environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain IAM systems.
  • Develop and enforce IAM policies and procedures.
  • Configure identity repositories and implement advanced authentication methods.
  • Conduct access reviews and audits.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and identity management technologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud IAM/PAM solutions such as BeyondTrust or Microsoft Identity Manager
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements (eg, GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders.
