Project Manager- HR & Payroll System implementation (Contract/Permanent)

Location: London Country: UK Rate: £75k - £80k per annum
 

Project Manager/Implementation Consultant - HR & Payroll system implementation

12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Remote with adhoc travel to London

£75,000-£80,000 base + benefits

We are looking for and experienced Project Manager or Software Implementation Consultant who has previously delivered HR and Payroll software/systems end-to-end.

Project management experience of HR & Payroll systems such as Workday, SAP HR or Dayforce are all acceptable.

  • Working with the business, the technology partner delivering the solution and technology teams, you will ensure successful delivery of the new HRIS System project across the full life cycle including design, implementation, testing, delivery, training and maintenance.
  • Building a methodology for project delivery to roll out across other territories.
  • Focusing on "People experience", you will work hand in hand with key HR, BU, & 3rd party stakeholders, in the analysis, design, build, testing, go-live & education of this HRIS transformation project.

Key experience needed:

  • Strong background in HRIS/Paryoll Implementation projects.
  • Experienced Project Manager and/or Implementation Consultant
  • Experience with HRIS and ERP systems like; BambooHR/Workday/SAP SuccessFactors/Ceridian Dayforce
  • Experience of multi-country implementation would be desirable.
